It gives me great pleasure to announce that the 5th Association of South-East Asian Pain Societies Conference will be held in Singapore from 28 April to 05 May 2013.

The 5th ASEAPS Conference is hosted by the Pain Association of Singapore under the auspices of the Association of South-East Asian Pain Societies (ASEAPS) and the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP).

In pursuit of the Association’s aims to disseminate knowledge and skills, as well as to promote discussions on important issues relevant to our field, we are planning an attractive and stimulating Scientific Programme that covers many important aspects of pain management. The 5th ASEAPS Conference will feature plenary lectures, symposia, workshops and poster sessions on various up-to-date topics. It will likewise include a 4-day IASP Pain Management Camp for young residents and a one-day Interventional Pain Cadaveric Workshop. The academic programme will be facilitated by the best speakers and clinicians thereby ensuring a world-class conference for all.

A commercial exhibition and various social events will provide participants a great opportunity to network among peers in the region.
